Refund policy
Exchange & Returns
We do not offer refunds on goods due to a change of mind. We will only offer a refund if the garment is faulty beyond repair.
For Australian returns, all exchange garments will need to be returned within 7 working days from the date of purchase. For International returns, all claims must be lodges within 21 days from date of shipping. If you are outside the 7 day return timeframe, We reserve the right to deny your return.
The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.
Sale items - including flash sales or discount offers will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
Shipping
All orders are dispatched within 1-2 Business days. For Australian Domestic orders, items are shipped via Australia Post Express shipping.
